Training Program

We understand training at a level that is well beyond normal professional standards. Our executive training staff has experience building greatness by tapping into the core of what drives the human experience. We don’t require a pretentious, “fake it till you make it” candidate. We have highly successful people on our team with various backgrounds from the more obvious extensive advertising sales experience all the way to schoolteachers looking for a new career. We require your professionalism and character, not a specific resume history.

Sales Program

BVM sells advertising to businesses that need to reach the affluent neighborhoods we serve. The sales cycle is generally short. After scheduling the appointment and conducting a short presentation sales are typically made on the first or second meeting. Our Publishers continue to service their clients with professionalism and care throughout the term of the agreement.

Profit Sharing

We have a true Profit-Sharing compensation model, each Publisher is viewed as a genuine business partner and generously shares in the profitability of each publication he or she manages. The publisher keeps a very generous profit above baseline expenses* (specific details discussed during interview). BVM retains the other 20% to help continue to grow the company. Our company history includes Publishers qualifying to go to print in as fast as four weeks up to several months after launching from initial training. From the very first sale, the Publisher partners with BVM while together we build a quality magazine and a long-term income opportunity.

*Baseline is the total cost to produce, distribute and administrate your branch. This covers:

  • Design
  • Content coordination
  • Ad coordination
  • Area design work
  • Revisions
  • Printing
  • Extra samples
  • Sales materials
  • Field support
  • Merchant services
  • Legal services
  • Collection services
  • Administration
  • Accounting services


Additional income is earned by Publishers who have local Account Executives sell advertising in their publication(s). Opportunities to advance are plentiful. Ad Revenue is determined by Publisher activity and sales. Results will vary.
