Best Version Media Is One of Milwaukee Business Journal’s Best Places To Work in 2022!

Best Version Media is one of Milwaukee Business Journal‘s Best Places to Work in 2022! This is the fifth consecutive year BVM has received this honor from the Milwaukee Business Journal. Best Version Media’s award-winning company culture now joins a distinguished list of winning organizations across Southeast Wisconsin.

All Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees’ responses to the Best Places to Work survey. Employee responses from the 30 standard survey questions, along with the number of employees that respond to the survey, are calculated to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

Surveys for this year’s competition were distributed by Quantum Workplace, a company that specializes in workplace satisfaction. Today, Quantum Workplace has 43 regional programs and five industry-wide programs. Throughout these 48 programs, they gather more than 440,000 employee voices from nearly 10,000 organizations each year.

Employees at BVM receive opportunities for professional development and career growth while enjoying a flexible schedule and fun workplace atmosphere. Staff outings to sporting events, dress-up days, potlucks, an on-site fitness center and unlimited vacation days are just a few of the perks that employees enjoy at BVM.
